… is an American who has lived in Germany for more than 30 years. His career began in a “High-Potential” Management Development Program with a market leader in the USA. He later opened this company’s first international purchasing and distribution center.
He spent many successful years in Management, building up business and developing employees and managers. With Peachtree CTC he has been active worldwide as a specialist for Sales Performance Improvement for over 20 years.
In addition to his success at analyzing sales organizations and processes, as well as designing and implementing development interventions, Michael Beriault is a qualified and experienced Leadership Coach.
However, he doesn’t just rely on his experience from the last three decades. He regularly develops and sharpens his own skills, taking advantage of innovative methods and best practices from market leaders.
